» HOMELESS PREVENTION

WECSS focuses on assisting individuals to have a more permanent and stable lifestyle. While in our program, you will work with counselors on building your life to once again become independent. Our team will work with you to help you find stable employment, housing, and will help to prepare you to live independently by also working on things such as grocery shopping, accessing transportation, budgeting, and medication management.

WECSS works with community partners to help financially, when accepted into the Homeless Prevention Program, with the following situations:

• Financial help to avoid eviction
• Utility payment assistance (must have disconnect notice)
• Furniture assistance
• Clothing and Food
• Securing a home
• Transportation assistance

We Care Support Services (WECSS) partners with others to focus on assisting adults into a more permanent and stable lifestyle. While in our program, adults will work with counselors on building their life to once again become independent. WECSS provides support for participants to be able to afford stable housing. Our team will work with clients to help them find stable employment, housing, and will help to prepare them to live independently by also working on things such as grocery shopping, budgeting, and medication management. WECSS services are designed to provide education and developmental and psychological support to enable homeless adults to become self-sufficient.

• Mental Health Diagnosis
• Must have Medicaid

• An increase in life skills
• Good physical and emotional health
• An active engagement and contributing community members
